ID5 API through a first-party proxy

This page and every ID5 call are served by a first-party edge proxy (the ID5 Edge Proxy spec) on the page's own domain. The ID5 JS API is loaded from /a7q3/api/1.0/id5-api.js; the edge forwards each call server-to-server to ID5 and adds the client IP. The publisher only adds one route on its CDN and changes the src of the ID5 tag.

Demo only: consent is provided statically (cmpApi: 'static') with a fixed TCF v2.2 string that grants ID5 (vendor 131) purposes 1-11, because the CMP is not configured for the proxy domain. Production pages use their CMP instead.
